Welcome to Mame Diving School.
By booking a dive, course or any activity with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email or directly at our dive center.
A booking is confirmed once both parties have agreed on the requested activity.
2. Payments
Payment methods and any required deposits will be communicated during the booking process.
Full payment may be required before the activity begins.
3. Cancellations
We understand that travel plans may change.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds or rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the notice provided and operational circumstances.
4. Weather & Safety
The safety of our guests is our highest priority.
Activities may be postponed, modified or cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Sea conditions
- Visibility
- Safety concerns
- Government regulations
If an activity cannot be safely conducted, we will offer an alternative date or another suitable solution whenever possible.
5. Medical Requirements
Participants must be in good physical condition for scuba diving.
Certain medical conditions may require written approval from a physician before participating.
It is the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate medical information.
6. Certification Requirements
Certified dives require proof of certification.
Divers without certification may participate only in activities suitable for beginners or students under instructor supervision.
7. Liability
Participants are responsible for following all instructions given by our dive professionals.
Mame Diving School cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from:
- Failure to follow safety instructions
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Personal negligence
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
8. Marine Environment
We are committed to protecting Bali’s marine environment.
Participants agree to:
- Never touch or stand on coral reefs
- Avoid disturbing marine life
- Follow responsible diving practices
- Respect local environmental regulations
9. Photography
Photos or videos taken during activities may be used on our website or social media for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, simply inform our team before your activity.
10. Changes
Mame Diving School reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
